The improvements and the new features we see in new versions of Microsoft Excel result from the feedback, suggestions and ideas from the Excel Users.
Microsoft has developed a website https://excel.uservoice.com/ where Excel Users can post their suggestions and ideas for the next version of Excel.
Before posting however you could search if the same idea and/or suggestion has already been shared by someone. In that case you could VOTE for that idea.
